    When we inherited the Songbird Naturals project from another agency, we found a site struggling with fundamental performance issues that were impacting their growth. Although they have a strong brand presence in the UK and a very loyal customer base, the outdated Luma-based theme was holding them back.

    Our experience of Deploy, who helped us design and then changeover from our previous website version to the Hyva version was very positive. We want to express our appreciation of their work on it, which was professional and quick and showed an understanding of what was required. Their approach was pro-active and they come up with suggestions that were in most cases pretty spot on and these show an understanding of Magento that we don’t have. This new iteration of our website is now working fast and smoothly and the metrics are looking good.

    Alex was patient with our ignorance when it came to understanding how the back end works and indeed the different concepts involved, which are often a little opaque to the lay person who is not initiated into the arcane science of websites. Deploy were approachable to work with and willing to help sort out problems not only with Hyva but general issues with Magento. Their understanding of Magento is top notch.

    The process was hassle – free and any issues that arose were dealt with as they became obvious. The project was delivered within the time frame discussed and a new payment method was also added to the website at the same time (Mollie). This was also a smooth process and is now working well.
