Since 2006, the AWD brand has been making its name as a go-to destination for computer hardware, especially for the pc gamer. With an excellent product range, at competitive pricing, the brand reputation and loyal customer base have been growing.
The existing platform had been outgrown and a number of key features and functions to take the brand forward were lacking.
Deploy worked with the AWD team to scope the key requirements. With such a large catalogue of products ease of use was critical. Helping customers find what they want quickly was a must, along with ensuring that highly configurable product bundle functionality was intelligent enough to allow customers to select their chosen set-up with ease.
Add in the ability to sell higher ticket items with payment solutions and robust integrations with key 3rd party systems for business efficiency improvements and stability and the key requirements were set. were able to make an impact in all of the right areas for the business.
Using the Magento Commerce Cloud solution, we were able to address the scope effectively, creating more comprehensive integration points at a technical level, and following detailed wireframe and UX processes, to produce a fast, feature-rich, personalised buying experience centred on ease of use and product customisation.
Since its launch, the site has surpassed previous metrics, indicating that customers are finding the site a better experience to buy from, and internal processes are more reliable and efficient, therefore achieving another project goal.
Since its launch, the site has gone from strength to strength smashing performance targets leading to tremendous growth for the Golfposer brand and recognition as the true market leader in golf fashion. Golfposer has worked with Deploy for a number of years with a constant evolution of the user experience, constantly pushing the boundaries in their field.
