We brainstormed with the Golfposer team on how to intersperse great content into the user experience, without distracting from the ultimate aim of driving the ecommerce metrics forward.
Features like ‘Player Profiles’ ‘Lookbook’ and an eMag, gave us the opportunity to house really informative and immersive content that fed directly into a seamless buying experience. We also created an outfit builder that enhanced the customer experience and gave a virtual changing room experience. We also incorporated a loyalty points program to really drive brand loyalty further.
We thoroughly reviewed the existing site structure and planned a data migration process that would allow the new site to seamlessly pick up from where the old site left off, albeit with much-enhanced user experience. This minimised customer account disruption and saw customers pick up from where they left off.
